SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once we receive your order, we will process your order within 2 business days, and you should receive your order in 5-7 business days. We will send a shipping tracking number as soon as one becomes available. Please note that we are not responsible for taxes or duties for international shipments.
To determine shipping costs for your product, place your order in the cart and follow the online process. There is no obligation to buy.

We have a 15-day return policy. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original documentation, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us, we will discuss with you the reasons for the return and if there is anything we can do to make it right. Returns are at the customer's cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and validate the return/claim process. There is an option to purchase insurance on our app for your order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you purchase insurance then we will process a claim on your behalf, but if no insurance on your order then you are responsible for the shipment.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation Policy (Memberships)
You can cancel your membership at any time by reaching out to us directly once you are in the Facebook messenger, which is where we run the membership and how we communicate drops, information etc. You would reach out directly in the event you are wanting to cancel. When a membership is purchased, you agree to a 30-day term even if you cancel the day after signing up you will have membership benefits for the next 29 days but no refunds or partials.
Mystery Box Policy
This box will include a mixture of USED & NEW sneakers ranging from sizes 4-13.
Expect Equal Value or 10% potential profit from this box. Some boxes have included Mars yard 2.0 with 4 other shoes for $5,000 total. We have sent out other boxes for $2,500 that had 8 pairs including Cherry red 11's and Midnight Jordan 4's and a few early releases to make sure each box is worth the purchase. When purchasing a mystery box you accept the terms and agree that you are purchasing knowing the box could be equal or greater value.
